Returns / Exchanges
To initiate the return process, please contact us at contact@addisongeneva.com within 14 days of receiving your item and state the reason for your refund request or exchange.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and they will need to arrange their own shipping) we ship the new product to you for FREE.
For a refund or exchange to be accepted, items must be returned undamaged, unworn, with tags attached, and with the order invoice. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Switzerland, shipping your items may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty Returns
At Addison, we accept valid warranty claims within 90 days of receiving the items. After assessing the issue, we will repair or replace the defective item or offer an appropriate solution. For any questions, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@addisongeneva.com
